New Tenant in BSR Center

New tenant, Molaris Ltd. , signed a lease agreement in March for 300 sq m on the sixth floor of BSR Center A tower.

The Hungarian-owned Molaris Ltd, founded in 2006, deals with customized software development, system integration and IT consulting. The location (easy acessibility), the efficient and flexible office fit-out and the quality of the building were crucial factors in the selection of their new office.

BSR Center is located in Budapest's most preferrred business area - on Váci út corridor - , that contains the offices of many leading international and local companies. The elegant office building with its excellent services - spacious restaurant and café, inner garden and terraces, underground and surface parking facilites - make ideal working environment.

During the negotiations the Landlord was represented by GVA Robertson, while the tenant was introduced by EHL Real Estate Hungary Kft.
