Bridgestone Magyarország Kft. has signed a lease agreement in one of the office buildings in Váci street. "Moving means a change in quality for our company. Hertz Car Rental is Opening a New Office in BSR Center
Hertz, the world's oldest and largest vehicle renting organization with a fleet of 680.000 vehicles, operates from approximately 7000 locations in 150 countries worldwide. Hertz Car Rental Company has been in Hungary since 1978. They have a fleet of 700-900 vehicles. In addition to their office in the city, in Hotel Marriott and their central office at the ariport the company decided to be be present on a new location, on Váci road, where BSR Center could completely meet all their requirements. Rohde & Schwarz, which has its headquarters in Munich, signed a lease agreement in Madarász office park for 200 sq m office and 300 sq m service space. "Our central office was previously also on Váci road: we were looking for a new office on this location where we could place our office and service space on the same floor, next to each other. The loading capacity of the floor - besides other technical specifications and logistic requirements - was an important factor for us, because our equipment used for calibrating measuring instruments is heavy. These special expectations didn’t cause any problems in Madarász office park, the building meets all the technical requirements which are necessary for smooth working.
